Head of Communications

To take a lead role in creating and delivering the union's communications strategy which achieves the union's over-arching strategic vision and aims.

To lead and manage the core functions of the communications department through operational oversight and integration of publishing, digital, social, design and production activity in order to recruit, retain and engage/mobilise members, engage and influence stakeholders, and celebrate the union's success.
