Ideal Pre Requisites

• A senior Commercial Property Solicitor with significant Post-Qualification Experience

• Proven leadership capability, with the confidence to manage, inspire, and develop a team
• Experience in land and agricultural property desirable (though not essential)
• Commercially minded, strategic, and motivated to play a key role in the firm's future growth
