Head of Commercial Growth - Museum

The Fitzwilliam Museum, the principal museum of the University of Cambridge, seeks a Head of Commercial to lead our income strategy and KPI-driven performance. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and drive commercial growth across venues, exhibitions, events, and memberships.

You will oversee current activity including ticketing, venue hires, retail and catering, and identify new opportunities, balancing income with audience experience and ethical considerations.
