Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility for development, planning, programming, marketing and delivery of an extensive range of creative, innovative and high quality commercial products/activities throughout the year (day and night) to achieve the key aim for GSC as detailed in the job description
• Ongoing development/enhancement of GSC's existing suite of commercial products/activities and creation of a range of new commercial products/activities to significantly expand current levels of activity
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence, creativity and innovation, be a generator of new ideas, lead collaboratively but can make decisions and take the initiative, manage a complex and varied workload and analyse information methodically and efficiently
• Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and be on call if necessary
