You'll report directly to theFinance Directorand lead a team ofManagement AccountantsandFinance Business Partners- empowering them to delivervalue,insightandinnovationevery step of the way.
You'll be akey playerinstrategic decisions, atrusted commercial partner, and amentorto a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Leadthe production of clear, insightfulmanagement accountsandperformance analysis
• Owntheend to end planning cycle:budgeting,forecastingandlong term strategic planning
• Overseerobustbalance sheet reconciliationsand accurateincome recognition
• Managecash settlementsand ensure compliance withrevenue recognition policies
• Supportbothinternalandexternal audits
• CollaborateonVATandcustoms compliance
• Drivecommercial performancethrough strategicbusiness partneringwith key stakeholders
• Enhancefinancial systems,controlsandprocesseswhile fosteringteam development

Experience Required

• Afully qualified accountant(ACA,ACCA, orCIMA) with5+ years post qualification experience
• Demonstratedleadership experience- someone wholeads by exampleandinspires others
• Stronganalytical mindsetwith the confidence tochallengeandinterrogatethe detail
• Exceptionalcommunicationandinfluencing skills, comfortable at all levels of the business
• Aproactive,collaborative leaderwho thrives in adynamic,performance driven culture
