Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It's nice to be able to say things like that but we're not patting ourselves on the back just yet. what you'll be doing
We're on the hunt for our next Head of Commercial Finance-someone ready to roll up their sleeves and help shape the future of our business. This isn't just about crunching numbers. It's about partnering with our GTM (Go-To-Market) Director and country leads to drive performance, make smart choices, and keep us growing in the right way.
You'll lead and develop our European commercial finance business partners, each aligned to their market's P&L (UK&I, France, DACH, Nordics, Benelux). Your job? Make sure they've got the tools, insights and support to steer their markets-while keeping things tight on controls and best practice.
You'll also be the GTM Director's right hand on the big stuff-consolidating regional performance, surfacing risks and opportunities, and helping shape strategy across RGM, channels, and new market growth.
What you'll be doing
- Lead our European commercial finance business partners - keeping them engaged, motivated, and delivering real commercial value.
- Own the numbers and make the right trade-offs to hit our targets, with a strong focus on Operating Profit (OP).
- Partner with regional teams to drive profitable growth and improve the quality of the P&L.
- Be a key voice in shaping financial direction across RGM, channel acceleration, and category strategy.
- Lead our forecasting, planning and month-end routines - helping our GTM teams understand choices and trade-offs through the lens of the triple win (customers, consumers, and innocent).
- Turn complex financial data into compelling, actionable narratives that resonate with commercial teams and senior leaders.
- Champion a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement - encouraging challenge, learning and innovation across the team.
- Being an advocate and demonstrating leadership on ensuring we have the right internal controls environment.

- Strong leadership in commercial finance, and previous experience of developing and building high-performing teams.

- The chance to lead a Commercial Finance team of c. 20 and help shape the broader Finance team of c.90.
