We are looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for managing our Contract Manufacturing Organization in strong growth context.

Your main tasks- Responsible of manufacturing planning & execution, industrial performance follow-up and reporting, crisis management and day-to-day management of our outsourced production by CMOs
- CMO Management in Mexico, Finland and Germany
- Facilitate CMO selection and contract negotiation driven by Strategic procurement team
- Main contact point for all CMOs related topics
- Coordinate activities from other functions and departments at CMO side (e.g. production capacity ramp up projects or new product industrialization)
- Take over production performance management after industrialization by Global industrialization team, and trigger operational excellence activities at CMO side (Lean, 6 Sigma, etc.)
- Reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer
- Information management and communication within the department (Quality, Industrialization, Supply Chain and Procurement) and with other (cross-divisional) departments
- Responsible of cost center planning and monitoring
- CMO management Process owner
- Several years of experience in an international production environment of a highly regulated industry, ideally in the field of life sciences or medical technology
- Deep expertise of production management as well supply chain and other related processes
- Experience in professionally handling crisis and deviation situations, taking regulatory requirements into account
- Experience and technical knowledge in the Med-Tech field
- High communication and negotiation skills
- High flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
- Fluent in English
