Head of Club Operations & Technology

14 Clubs in London seeks a senior hospitality operations lead to own day-to-day running, tech stack, and Member experience. You'll manage P&L, stock, and supplier relations, while leading the hospitality team and coordinating with the Director of Golf.

You will configure and integrate booking, EPOS and Membership systems, write SOPs, and drive pre-opening setup. The role demands strong service instincts and hands-on leadership on the floor.
