Head of Client Services - Northern Home Counties - £Excellent

A key client services management post within a highly progressive multi channel print company.

Responsibilities include:

• Work within our clients Executive Management Team
• Manage the Client Services teams ensuring that performance is commensurate with expected job roles
• Undertake strategic quarterly reviews with the client base
• Mentor and coach team members
• Ensure that client services processes and procedures are efficient and documented

We are looking for someone who has run a customer services department with a minimum of 5 reports.
