Job Description

• Lead and manage the client accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for clients within the property industry.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in client accounting functions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reviews for client accounts.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to support decision-making for property management clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial matters and queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Client Accounting should have:

• Proven experience in client accounting within residential and property management.
