Our client, a leading city-based insurance broker, is seeking a Head of Change to lead a portfolio of IT transformation projects - including platform migrations, infrastructure upgrades, acquisition integrations, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering IT change programmes aligned with business strategy, managing the overall change portfolio, and embedding strong governance and performance frameworks. They will also build and develop a high-performing change team while ensuring compliance with IT and regulatory standards.

Key experience
  • Proven track record in IT programme delivery and transformation.
  • Experience leading change or transformation functions.
  • Background in M&A integration and operating model design.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
  • Certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, PROSCI, MSP, or ITIL (preferred).
