Head of Careers & Futures Pathways (Part-Time)

The Independent Schools Council is looking for a Head of Careers in St Albans to lead an ambitious careers program that inspires pupils. This pivotal role involves designing a dynamic provision aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks, empowering pupils to explore diverse pathways.

Starting on 1 September 2026, this part-time position requires four days a week from 08.30 to 16.30. The salary is £28,487.53 for part-time work, with opportunities for evening events flexibility.
