Salary: £74,249 + £3,840 car allowance (£320 per month)
Location: Home-based, with regular travel across the East and South East (Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Barnet, Kingston, Kent, Sussex and Oxfordshire)

We're looking for a strategic, values-led senior leader to help shape the future of care and support at Hft. As Head of Care and Support for the East, you'll lead through others - creating clarity, consistency and confidence across a diverse and dynamic region.
The East portfolio combines scale, complexity and opportunity. You'll unite teams around a shared purpose, ensuring quality, compliance and cultural alignment while enabling transformation and growth.
