Head of Care - Trauma-Informed Children's Home Leader

The Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Head of Care to lead the residential care services across the service, including a registered children's home with clinical input for children with trauma and self-harming behaviours.

You will work with the General Manager to meet legal and regulatory duties, oversee quality of care, staffing, budgets, and the welfare of the children, and may manage the establishment in the Registered Manager's absence.
