This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to lead our Business Studies department as part of a wider Social Studies Faculty. We are looking for someone who is ambitious for young people, passionate about teaching Business with either Maths, English, or Social Sciences, with other subjects considered, and committed to bringing out the very best in every student.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a genuine passion for learning and teaching, and a commitment to securing high quality provision in Business Studies.
  • Be an inspiring leader with the drive to achieve exceptional outcomes and deliver inclusive, aspirational learning experiences for all students.
  • Have a strong track record of delivering successful GCSE outcomes across a range of abilities.
  • Be able to support, motivate and develop colleagues to continually improve their practice.
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage, enthuse and inspire both students and staff.
  • Be reflective, resilient and determined to make a profound difference to the lives of young people.
