Head of Business Operations

We are on the lookout for a Head of Business Operations to support our client's team. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal secondment, creating a key leadership gap. The role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective operation, overseeing financial processes, compliance, supplier management, and operational improvements.

1. Lead and develop the business operations team
2. Oversee financial processing
3. Manage securitisation and ensure compliance with financial borrowing covenants
4. Identify and implement new technologies and process improvements
5. Demonstrate proven experience as an effective change manager
6. Manage teams, budgets, contracts, and other key resources
7. Maintain strong technical knowledge of finance systems and business operations
