Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organisation asSales Director, playing a key role in shaping and executing the company's long-term commercial strategy. This is a senior, office-based position working closely with the executive leadership team and investors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead, manage and scale a team of Business Development Managers
- Drive revenue growth through performance management, forecasting and pipeline oversight
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and investors to deliver commercial targets
- Implement best-in-class sales processes, reporting, and governance
- Represent the business with professionalism across senior stakeholders and clients
- Minimum 10 years' experience within a recruitment agency (sector agnostic)
- Proven track record of managing BDM teams and growing revenue
- Demonstrable success in building and delivering long-term sales strategies
- Background in a white-collar or healthcare-focused environment
- Strong leadership presence, commercial acumen, and professional etiquette
- Comfortable working 5 days per week office-based
- Salary circa £100,000-£120,000 per annum
