JOB DETAILS
The role focuses on strategic growth and relationship management across France. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver growth targets for new business and organic expansion in France, identifying strategic opportunities across key sectors and territories
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure French business development plans are ambitious yet achievable
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering clear value
  • Lead the full sales cycle with C-suite executives, from prospecting and negotiation to successful handover to client services
  • Provide market intelligence and insights that enhance understanding of the competitive landscape and support strategic decision-making
  • Communicate the company's value proposition with clarity, demonstrating commercial insight and understanding of client priorities
  • Manage complex, high-value sales opportunities involving multiple senior stakeholders
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for sales and account teams, providing guidance on critical client engagements and contractual negotiations
  • Maintain effective sales pipeline management and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and accountability for performance tracking
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales focus with market conditions and priority sectors, contributing to targeted campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events, leading external growth activities and increasing brand visibility
  • Demonstrate thought leadership on key industry issues, including macroeconomic trends, developments in connectivity technology, and evolving sector dynamics

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience operating within the French market, with deep cultural understanding and commercial insight
  • Full professional fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained growth and outperforming key competitors
  • Success in leading high-stakes commercial negotiations with C-suite executives and navigating complex client organisations
  • Strategic and commercially astute, capable of quickly assessing opportunities and aligning execution with broader business goals
  • Ability to manage multiple sales processes, accurately forecast new business, and consistently meet revenue targets
  • Leadership experience managing, developing, and motivating high-performing teams across geographies
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with credibility to manage senior external partnerships and contracts
  • Values-driven leader who brings clarity, energy, and purpose to team environments and translates objectives into actionable strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant degree in business, sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience in telecommunications, connectivity, or technology sectors
  • Fluent in both English and French
