Head of Buildings & Works

Halifax Estates is seeking a highly motivated Head of Buildings to lead the Works Department. You will oversee repair projects, manage budgets, and deliver major capital works while ensuring health and safety and CDM compliance across a diverse estate in Yorkshire.

The role requires MRICS or equivalent and 10+ years PQE, with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management across agricultural, residential and commercial properties.
