Stanborough Secondary School invites applications for Head of Boarding, a part-time, residential leadership role in Watford. You will shape a nurturing boarding community, ensure safeguarding, wellbeing and high standards of care for all boarders, and work with staff, parents and external agencies to deliver an outstanding experience.

The successful candidate will lead strategic vision, manage boarding operations, maintain compliance with safeguarding guidance, and foster inclusion, resilience
