Head of Autonomous Vehicle & Robotaxi Operations

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of robotaxi and AV testing programs across Europe. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready.

You will drive KPI performance, lead 24/7 shifts, and partner with engineering, product, and fleet teams to scale new city launches.
