In this role, you will lead the architecture of a market-defining quantum computing control stack, pushing the boundaries of performance, scalability, and reliability. You will also play a vital role in shaping my client's overall technology vision and facilitating the company's continued success.

What does the role involve?

• Lead Architecture & IP Team - Collaborate with Product and Roadmap Leaders to define and refine the architectural vision and strategy.
• Drive Scalable & Secure Solutions - Oversee design and implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Optimise Tools & Technologies - Evaluate and recommend solutions that enhance architecture, cost efficiency, and transformation.
• Foster Best Practices & Innovation - Guide Architects, maintain standards and stay updated on industry trends.

What are the requirements?

• Experience working as a Head of Architecture or equivalent position in a scientific, R&D-driven or high-tech industry.
• 10 years of experience working as an Architect (Software AND Hardware).
• 2 years of team lead/managerial experience.
• MSc or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
