Head of Applied AI Research FinTech, Hands-on & Production

Oliver Bernard has partnered with a high-growth AI fintech start-up to hire a Head of Research. You will lead a small, highly technical team, remaining hands-on with research while owning the technical direction and helping drive models into production.

This is not a traditional management role; you'll be hands-on, bridging research and production, with ownership of the research roadmap and implementation in a rapidly evolving, regulated environment.
