Head of Application Service and Finance Technology

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end technology services supporting European Finance and application service management, and delivery for European-owned applications.
• Shape and maintain a multi-year roadmap covering Finance applications, integrations, data, controls, and architecture evolution.
• Provide transparent portfolio reporting: progress, risks, dependencies, financials and outcomes.
• Ensure capability with the Operational Control Framework across vulnerability resolution, operational resilience while driving improvement through automation, standardisation, and reduction of technical debt.
• Support strategy planning and execution across the CIO department priorities.

Requirements

• 10 plus years of technology experience
• 10 plus years of management experience
• BA/MBA in IT or relevant experience
• A proven track record in technology delivery and application service and stability
• The competence to identify, evaluate and challenge technology services and oversee the management of all technology in a rigorous and structured manner.
