Head of Americas Sales Finance

Sophos is seeking a Senior Financial Analysis Manager of Sales Finance to own the Americas finance partnership and act as a trusted advisor to the Americas Sales SVP. You will lead the operating rhythm, topline and end-to-end P&L oversight, and guide headcount, quota capacity, pricing, and renewals performance with cross-functional teams.

You will drive forecast clarity, strategic investment decisions, and organizational efficiency.
