Head of ALS & Inclusive Education Strategy

The Head of ALS will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Director of Student Services to design and implement the SEND strategy, ensuring all learners needing support can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

This role involves identifying students' needs, coordinating with external agencies, overseeing individual support plans (including EHCPs), and ensuring absolute compliance with funding, inspection and SEND legislation.
