Head of Aircraft Maintenance & AMO Lead

BermudAir is seeking a seasoned Head of Maintenance to lead the Approved Maintenance Organisation, ensuring OTAR Part 145 compliance, safety, reliability, and airworthiness across the Bermuda network.

You will direct line maintenance, develop the maintenance team, and coordinate with Engineering and operational groups on programmes, fleet planning, and continuing airworthiness, while liaising with the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority.
