Head of AI Engineering & Platform Delivery

JTC Group is seeking a Director, AI Engineering to lead the AI/Engineering & Data Science function within Tech-Ops. You will drive production-grade AI/ML model development and agentic systems, aligning with ROI targets and governance standards across the Group.

Based in Greater London, you will build and scale a high-performing team, shape the Agentic Platform, and ensure cost discipline, risk controls, and regulatory compliance while delivering on the two-year roadmap.
