Pfizer Inc. is seeking an Investment Lead to own the strategic direction and frontend of the Pfizer International investment system.

You will co-develop AI-native roadmaps with country presidents, cluster leaders and senior market stakeholders, translating ambitions into clear investment priorities for each market archetype. You will own the investment thesis, drive intake and triage, and produce investment memos for the Committee.
