Head of AI-Driven Healthcare Support

Abridge is seeking a Head of Customer Support to lead our Customer and Technical Support teams (about 25 people) and collaborate with Partner Success, Clinical Strategy & Success, and Implementation leaders. You will own strategy, headcount, and budget while driving AI-enabled, human-centered support across healthcare settings.

In this highly visible role, you will set KPIs, scale the function, and champion a culture of responsiveness and quality that differentiates us from competitors.
