Head of Agriculture

Our client is a rapidly expanding national loss adjusting practice operating in niche areas that is looking to expand further through the establishment of an Agricultural Unit.

• With promises of work from several quarters, our client seeks a UK Head to capitalise on the opportunity and pull together a working unit to handle the full range of agricultural risks.
• This is an outstanding opportunity to implement your own strategic plan in developing a successful operation.

About you:

• Candidates must essentially have a proven track record of working within an agricultural unit within loss adjusting and be comfortable not only in handling agricultural losses, but also in dealing with client relationships.
• There is no requirement to bring work, although that would be looked on favourably.
• Formal qualifications are preferred but are far less important than relevant experience in the right market.

Salary & Benefits:

Our client is happy to pay whatever it takes to get the right individual, but the basic is likely to exceed £80-90,000 plus bonus and the usual benefits.
