La Rozavère is looking for its main site in Rovéréaz:Nurse ManagerAs a senior manager reporting to the Director of Care, you lead a large team composed of deputy nurse managers and around 120 employees. You coordinate activities around the resident, carry the clinical vision of the site, and ensure alignment between institutional goals and the realities on the ground.
