Job Description

Macclesfield Hockey Club is seeking an enthusiastic head coach for the Men's 1st XI to drive performance as they aim to return to the Premier League.

You will plan, structure and run training for the 1st and 2nd teams, attend all 1st team games and provide feedback to players to aid development, while working with captains and the committee to support club growth. The role may suit player-coaches with high-performance backgrounds and requires effective communication.
