Head Lifeguard: Safety & Pool Operations Lead

St Mellion is seeking a Head Lifeguard to oversee the safe operation of the swimming pool and wet leisure facilities at our Plymouth venue. You will lead lifeguard staff, monitor water quality, enforce PSOP/NOP compliance, and report to the Health Club Manager on operations, staffing, and maintenance.

You will conduct staff briefings, organise training and drills, maintain poolside supervision, log chemical readings, optimize safety, and contribute to continual safety improvements and audits.
