Job Description

To lead the credit services delivery for Wealth International (WIN) retail segments across jurisdictions, develop and implement strategic plans and set targets for the team to achieve business objectives, meet customer expectations and grow market share. To manage a complex portfolio of assets across multiple jurisdictions and currencies to commerciality and mitigate associated risks for WIN lending. To be a voting member of the Offshore Credit Committee and opine on new and existing facilities.

Minimum Qualification

• First Degree in Business Commerce (Required)

Experience Required

• 3 - 4 years experience - Detailed understanding and knowledge of the KYC/AML framework across the markets we operate in.
• 5 - 7 years experience - The role requires holistic banking and lending management experience including multi-currency knowledge.
