Head Housekeeper Lead Cleanliness & Team Excellence

Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and strict infection control across the home. You will manage rotas, stock ordering, and support staff on the floor, reporting to the Home Manager and maintaining high care standards.

You will work closely with residents and staff to sustain a welcoming environment while modelling best practices in cleanliness and infection prevention.
