Head Gardener - Lead Private Estate Gardens & Legacy

ECG Limited seeks an accomplished Head Gardener to lead ongoing care, presentation and evolution of its distinguished gardens on an approximately 250 acre private estate in Ireland. This senior role combines hands on horticulture with strategic planning and team leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee a seven strong garden team, manage budgets, and drive standards for a garden of real distinction. Residential accommodation can be considered as part of the package.
