Job Description

The Merrion in Dublin is seeking an experienced Head Concierge to lead the Concierge team and deliver exceptional guest service in a 5-star environment.

You will supervise Supervisors, Doormen and Car Valet Parkers, work closely with the Director of Guest Relations, and ensure seamless guest experiences before, during and after stays at our luxury property.

Excellent knowledge of local attractions, strong English, and hands-on leadership are essential.
