Head Coach & Player Development Lead

Caterham Hockey Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head Coach to lead and develop our coaching programme across academy sessions, holiday camps and individual coaching. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and creating clear player development pathways.

The role requires a passion for youth development, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering coaching across age groups in a positive, inclusive environment.
