Head Chef Seasonal Menu Architect & Kitchen Leader

Anglian Country Inns' Farmhouse restaurant kitchen is seeking a Head Chef to lead the team, own seasonal menu changes and set the tone for high-quality dining. You will report to the Exec Chef and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive the business forward.

You will recruit and develop kitchen staff, ensure spotless BOH standards, manage stock and costs, and lead food safety across the operation. A dynamic, organized leader will thrive here.
