Head Chef: Multi-Site Food Leadership & Events

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead multi-site kitchen operations across a varied hospitality offering in Sunbury-on-Thames. You will ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and safety, while developing a capable team across several venues.

You will manage menus, tastings and large events, coaching a kitchen team of 10+ and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Strong leadership and food-safety mindset are essential.
