We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our team at Tunbridge Well.

Location: Tunbridge Well, TN2 5FE Salary: £36,899 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard, ensuring all food is freshly made on site
• Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, focused on great food and excellent customer service
• Manage a café and coffee bar operation, including hospitality service (breakfast, lunch, deli offer, soup and salad bar) with approx. 400 transactions per day
• Ensure food is produced in a timely manner to support smooth and efficient service
• Manage stock and ensure all ingredients are available in line with menu requirements
• Plan and develop menus in line with client and customer expectations
• Bring creativity to menu planning, engaging with both clients and customers where appropriate
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times
• Take overall responsibility for managing and leading the kitchen team
• Provide regular feedback, support and coaching to team members
• Ensure all team members are up to date with COSHH and Food Hygiene training
