Head Chef: Lead Seasonal Menus & High-Volume Events

Vacherin, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Head Chef in London to lead a small kitchen team and deliver innovative, seasonal menus tailored to client requirements and event briefs.

You will oversee all kitchen operations for hospitality events up to 400 covers, ensure HACCP standards, manage costs and stock, liaise with suppliers and clients on tastings and menus, and coach the team to deliver exceptional food and service.
