Head Chef: Lead Kitchen at a Charming Country House

Eastwood Park Training Ltd invites a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team in our Grade II Country House venue in Gloucestershire. You will drive kitchen strategy with the GM, plan developments, and oversee ordering, receiving and safe preparation of all food, prioritising local suppliers and your menu creativity.

The role offers 40 hours per week, 5 days on a rota including evenings and weekends, with potential for a 4-day condensed week. Attractive salary and extensive benefits listed.
