Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our pubs in the East Midlands. You will set high standards, drive food quality and hygiene, and play a key role in pub management to create memorable guest experiences.

You'll mentor and develop your kitchen staff, ensure targets for speed of service and safety are met, and collaborate with the wider pub team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
