Head Chef: Lead a Busy Pub Kitchen & Grow Your Team

The Shinner & Sudtone in Sutton is seeking a Head Chef to lead the busy kitchen, drive the food menu and grow food sales. You'll work closely with the General Manager to develop the team, deliver consistently high-quality dishes and deliver on the restaurant's food strategy.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for great food and hospitality, strong stock and GP management, and a track record of developing people in a fast-paced pub kitchen.
