Head Chef: English & Thai Menu Lead for Weddings & Events

Crazy Bear Stadhampton is seeking a Head Chef to lead both English and Thai menus, combining two specialist teams into one brigade. You will own the food operation across restaurant and events, setting standards, developing the offering and driving performance.

You will oversee menu development, food costing and margins, while ensuring safety, compliance and leadership of a senior team. A driving licence and transport are essential for this rural site.
