Head Chef: Daytime, High-Volume Leisure Kitchen

Compass Group Ireland is recruiting a Head Chef on a full-time basis. Based at a busy leisure/education venue, the role operates mainly daytime hours with weekend work and no evenings, offering free on-site parking.

You will lead a fast-paced kitchen, delivering exceptional culinary experiences and driving improvements across food service while developing your team and brand presence.
