Head Chef: Caring Kitchen Leader for Dementia Care Homes

HC-One is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will plan, prepare and supervise nutritious meals, ensuring dietary needs and cultural preferences are respected while maintaining HACCP standards.

You will manage stock, budgets and orders, and work with central teams to deliver a well-organised kitchen operation and an engaging dining experience for Residents.
