Job Description

Established city centre Cafe/Bistro is seeking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to take responsibility for all operational procedures within the establishment's busy restaurant and function suites.

Ideal candidate will have a number of years previous experience in the capacity of Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy restaurant environment
